It should also be noted that the number of rooms is expected to be increased in the future in proportion to the increase of the population over 65 years of age and the subsequent increase in the number of geriatric doctors. Hotel apartments of 250 rooms will provide luxurious accommodation for relatives, friends and visitors for a relaxing week-end or longer stay in green and friendly surroundings; they can be spoiled by visits to the wellness centre and medical spa and can participate in a score of indoor and outdoor activities. The combined residential development, with its own brand character, outstanding decor and design will give a choice to prospective customers, depending on their budget, to purchase a bungalow (80), a retirement home (230) have their own swimming pools or even an individually designed luxurious villa (25) to live in a carefree, green picturesque surroundings couple with first class service. Maintenance, housekeeping, gardening and caring facilities will be on offer. A photovoltaic park of 4 MW will operate thus a substantial saving on electricity will be achieved.  It is expected to cost €5.0m and can produce a net income before tax of approximately €1.0m p.a.  A sewage water treatment plant will provide for most of the irrigation for the water needs of the areas covered with green, gardens, trees and football pitches.
